This proverb proves to be wrong for this 81-years-old Olympic athlete Jivanbhai Patel and his wife Kesriben who have represented Gujarat at national and international level. Jivanbhai is the owner of 13 medals and his wife has got 6 medals and now they have got an opportunity to go France. Despite winning several times, the couple has not got any government help till date. They don't want to loose this opportunity and therefore, are seeking financial aid from the government. Anyway, their loved ones have arranged funds for them which shows government's inability.
