How to Make a Ron Collins with Meermaid Infused Rum
The Ron Collins is a variation on the gin-based Tom Collins, but with Rum. For this great summer drink we use the Berlin based Meermaid Infused Rum - a small batch rum from Berlin, infused with a great mix of fruits, peels and spices.
