Ban on student body APSC revoked

IIT Madras which made headlines for the wrong reasons has now revoked its ban on the student group APSC. While the student leaders rejoice the victory of democratic forces, the question remains as to, why did the IIT Madras administration take a U-turn on their stand and admitting that the students were not violating any guidelines.
