Short dresses encourage rape, these repelling statements were espoused and propagated by believe it or not - a woman. Most of you would have seen the viral video by now where a middle aged educated woman can be heard threaten young girls for wearing clothes of their choice. The shocking video of a woman shows a few young women confronting a middle aged lady for allegedly asking young men to rape women wearing short clothes. Meanwhile a debate surrounding the burqa ban in India triggered after its ban in Sri Lanka due to security reasons. Following which, a circular was passed by Muslim education society instructing all colleges and schools under its ambit to ban burqas from their campus.
