Kejriwal Govt allows two finger test

Two years after the Supreme Court banned the 2 finger test on rape survivors, Delhi Government panel gave its nod to conducting the test on sexual assault victims, though not in all cases. Issuing an advisory to Government hospitals, the panel claimed that though the test is not required in all cases, it cannot be banned completely.
