PNP keeps watchful eye on poll 'hotspots'

MANILA, Philippines -- With just over a month before the May 13 polls, the Philippine National Police (PNP) is keeping eye not just on the 15 areas tagged as "hotspots" but also on municipalities with intense political rivalries.
