If you're already on high ground in Manila, stay put.

A radio dzMM report said Manila City Hall is "like an island" surrounded by high floods while Intramuros, including the Coast Guard office at the port area, is also submerged.

Heavy floods were also reported in Roxas Boulevard as well as Magallanes flyover. Other parts of Manila affected by floods are Osmena Highway, Quirino Avenue and Taft Avenue.
