Manila city gov't blasts Roxas Blvd truck ban

Trucks are not allowed to travel in Roxas Boulevard in Manila starting today. According to MMDA, this is implemented so that motorists who want to go to the airport can use the road. But the local government of Manila complains that they are not consulted about this matter and it resulted to a more serious traffic problem.
