APC gets stalled in Manila
An armored personnel carrier of the Philippine Army got stalled along Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard in Sta. Mesa, Manila on Friday morning.
The APC Simba tank suffered from engine trouble at around 7:30 a.m. It was part of a convoy of military vehicles from Tarlac and was bound for Sangley Point in Cavite.
The stalled Army vehicle caught the attention of the police, who questioned the arrival of the APC without proper coordination.
A mechanic eventually arrived to fix the vehicle.
