Mayor: Red Cross aid distribution 'dehumanizing'

MANILA -- Loon, Bohol Mayor Leoncio Evasco said he will comply with the Commission on Elections (Comelec) resolution placing all relief distribution in the province under the direct supervision of the Philippine Red Cross, even as he continued to question the humanitarian movement's manner of distribution of relief goods.
