Ahead of elections, AMC gives nod to road works of more than Rs 120crore - Tv9 Gujarati

Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) authorities have given nod to road works of more than Rs.120 crores ahead of elections. The authorities have promised to complete all the proposed road works by June 15 but opposition leaders have confidently said that they will not meet the deadline as time-frame given by ruling party is too short to complete proposed works and it is mere a trick to woo voters ahead of elections.
