Naked guy breaks windshield with his bare bottom
The windshield of a Chicago man's car was smashed through after a 22-year-old naked man flung himself into the air and landed on it, bottom first.
Tom Carideo was driving his 2008 Mercedes sedan down Randolph Street in West Town, on his way to pick up his kids, when he spotted a young man dancing naked. He chuckled at the scene, but rather unexpectedly, the buck in the buff saw him and charged the car.
The naked man in question, Sam Schauer of Auburndale, Massachusetts, lept into the sky, presumably reversing himself in the process, and landed cheeks down into the right side of Carideo's windshield.
Carideo, understandably, was gobsmacked, but lady luck was on his side and he had hockey sticks inside the car. He grabbed at least one for self-protection (and we're not sure if we really believe this part of the story, because seriously, hockey sticks are long and it would have to be pretty hard to swing one, let alone more than one, inside a car, even if it's what might be a roomy Benz), then called 9-1-1. He reported his predicament to emergency services, then, still on the phone with 9-1-1, he followed the crazed naked guy.
Schauer continued his street parade, blood trailing off his backside. The police eventually showed up and tried to control him, but he made an attempt to flee and they tazed his bare ass. Possibly twice.
Schauer was taken to a hospital where they removed tiny bits of glass from his bum. Police found his pants on a flower bed in a street median several blocks from the scene of the smashing, but it was not reported if they were returned to him.
Schauer was charged with a long list of smallish crimes and he'll be in court September 27. Police think he might have been on drugs.
