Sex offender's face-licking fetish leaves a trail of DNA evidence

A 46-year-old male office worker, Shogo Yamane, was arrested on suspicion of harassing a woman by licking the victim's face at a car park in Kyoto, Japan this past Tuesday.
Earlier this year on July 8th, he cornered a woman walking home and pulled her into a parking area. He fondled her breasts and pelvic area while licking around her face for half an hour. The victim reported the crime to police soon after the assault.
Police soon caught up to the sexual deviant using the DNA from the saliva he left on the face of the victim. He argues he shouldn't be arrested since he only touched the victim and no sexual intercourse occurred, nor were there any physical injuries from the assault.
