Shocking news: Cops taser man after he gets maced by ex

A Dayton man accused of resisting arrest last week got quite a shock from police after they Tasered him, this was only minutes after he was pepper sprayed by the mother of his child.
The July 8 incident video at the Eagle Ridge Apartments was released on Monday and shows Andre Lashawn Evans, 33, who is being detained at the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and domestic violence.
According to a Dayton police report, the authorities were called that night after security guards requested for assistance in stopping an argument between Evans and a 29-year-old woman.
Evans allegedly threw a brick at her after she shouted at him to leave, which then led her to spray him in the face with pepper spray.
Police wrestled Evans to the ground and got handcuffs on him once at the scene. After being placed in the back of a police cruiser, Evans complained that he was having difficulty breathing and was kicking at the windows and doors, according to the report.
One of the officers opened a door to give Evans some air, but he continued to struggle, so the cops tasered him to get him to get him under control.
