In this 1935 Western, John Wayne features as John Scott. Scott is famous for being the excellent cowboy in town but gets framed in the killing of a rodeo. His good friend Kansas Charlie is arrested as well. The two have to get away from the law and leave the town. The killer, however, is out there and wants them punished for his own guilt. John cannot live like that and decides otherwise. Scott and Charlie set out to find the real culprit and get themselves the deserved justice.
