Close on the heels of Salman Khan wielding the paint brush to spruce up a village in Karjat while shooting for his upcoming film, Akshay Kumar brightened up a Patiala hamlet while shooting Singh is Bling.
Yup…with the assistance of his film’s production team, the Khiladi of Bollywood provided a colorful makeover to Malomal, a village in Punjab’s Sangrur district.
That’s not all! If sources are to be believed, the streets and the houses in the village have been painted in bright hues like orange, yellow and red to lend an ancient feel. Hmm…nice!
It’s said that the team wanted to give back something to the rural folks for their hospitality, while they shot the Prabhudheva directorial there. Interestingly, in return as a thanksgiving, the villagers treated the entire team with some tasty food. Stay tuned!
