Abusive cop threatens to poop on innocent man’s neck, tells him 'I’ll rip your head off'

A Saratoga County sheriff faces unpaid suspension for one year after a viral internet video showed him abusing a young man.
Sgt. Shawn Glans, 48, reportedly demanded to search the man’s car without a warrant. When the man asked for an explanation, Glans shoved him and grabbed his keys, warning him not to resist.
The man’s friend recorded the interaction.
According to reports, the cop later said he did not realize he was being filmed. He also said he wanted to search the car because he saw a gun through the window.
The man allegedly purchased the rifle earlier that day. He was reportedly released after showing Glans the receipt for the weapon.
Glans also told the man recording the incident: “I’ll rip your head off and s*** down your neck.”
The Sheriff’s Office conducted an internal investigation and suspended Glans.
The Facebook page “Arrest Saratoga Sheriff Sgt. Shawn Glans” is calling for a harsher punishment. So far, it has more than 4,000 “likes.”
