Facebook picture fails: update your settings if you don’t want to end up like Grace Marr

Here’s a scenario you wanna avoid: Someone rings up your mom to say he’d seen pics of you while “surfing” online.

But wait, it gets worse. The website featuring your visage happens to be a “no-strings-attached-casual-sex” site. You are the new face of HornyAreaSingles.com.

This was the sad fate of Grace Marr, a 20-year-old Birmingham student.

By her own admission, Grace had not taken Facebook privacy settings very seriously before, but now she’s on a mission.

Grace wants young people to know that if you don’t guard your online privacy and change passwords frequently, some friend just see you while doing “research.”
