Busted: Bike riding public pervert arrested by police

This guy enjoys leisure bike rides around Tokyo where he can easily grope women in passing.
On Oct. 5th a man was arrested for groping a woman’s breast as he passed her riding a bike.
He must’ve thought he could make a quick getaway, but the police were too fast for him.
The man was fined and let off with a stern warning, but less than a month later a high school student reported that a bike riding man grabbed her ass in passing.
Police recognized the man from security footage as the same handsy pervert from just a few days ago. Looks like someone’s getting arrested. Again.
