Denver cop trips pregnant woman, punches man 6 times in the head then erases witness video

A Denver man has come forward with a disturbing video that shows Officer Charles Jones IV punching a man six times in the head and tripping a pregnant woman.
Levi Frasier, who recorded the scuffle on his tablet, took the video to Denver’s local FOX station. FOX31 reported one of the officers involved in the fight deleted the video from Frasier’s tablet.
The incident involved David Nelson Flores and Mayra Lazos-Guerrero, who was 7-months pregnant and the time.
Flores reportedly stuffed a white sock in his mouth as undercover officers approached his vehicle in West Denver on August 14.
The officers pulled Flores from his car as two backup cops arrived at the scene.
One of those officers was Charles Jones. He allegedly punched Flores multiple times in the head because he wouldn’t spit out the sock, which reportedly contained drugs.
The police report mostly matches the Frasier’s account, but it doesn’t mention anyone deleting a video file.
TomoNews reached out to the Denver Police Department and Levi Frasier for comment, but did not hear back from either party.
