Child modeling: Is Russian girl Kristina Pimenova too young to be sexualized?

Kristina Pimenova. A 9-year old Russian girl has taken the world of child modeling by storm.
Kristina, who has been dubbed ‘the most beautiful girl in the world’, has already appeared on the cover of Vogue Bambini while fronting campaigns for Dolce & Gabbana, Benetton and Armani.
The Moscow native began modelling at the age of four, no doubt thanks to some help
from mom Glikeriya Shirokova, herself a former model.
And it is mom who has helped propel Kristina to the ranks of global stardom, by busily updating her social media accounts for her 2 million plus fans on Facebook and 300,000 Instagram followers.
But predictably, with fame comes certain unwanted attention, disturbing comments are regularly posted on her fan pages raising concerns that Kristina is being sexualized and is missing out on a normal childhood.
