US and Russian spy satellites on same orbital plane seen over Netherlands, Starlink too!

Satellite tracker Marco Langbroek captured footage of the USA 326 satellite, a Starlink satellite and about 30 minutes later, Russia's Kosmos 2558 satellite. The Russian satellite was launched in to the same orbital plane as USA 326, [creating speculation that it was sent there to keep an eye on the US spy satellite.](https://www.space.com/russia-spacecraft-stalk-us-spy-satellite)
