Marital problems: Husband sues wife for $9.5K because she filmed him snoring

In Taoyuan, a city outside of Taiwan’s capital Taipei, a wife secretly filmed her husband while he slept because his snoring was too loud, then she posted the video online and shared it with her friends. The caption read: “I’m not exaggerating! It’s impossible to sleep next to a construction site.”
When one of the husband’s friends showed him the video of himself snoring like a bear the husband took his wife to court.
He sued her for breach of privacy and wanted her to pay him USD $9,500.
The wife explained to a judge that she hadn’t taken the video with any malicious intent and she’d only shared it with their close friends and some family members. After reviewing the video and the number of views it got on Youtube, the judge threw the case out of court and told the husband to quit over reacting.
Unfortunately, the judge’s advice fell on deaf ears and the husband is now filing for divorce.
Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill.
