Here are four natural remedies that I use on a massive, deep rooted pimple! I should mention that I only do all of these treatments at night =]

Methods Mentioned:
Step 1, The Zit Begins: Wash my face as normal, hope it goes away
Step 2, The Zit Gets Bigger: Hit it with tea tree oil, hope it goes away
Step 3, We've Got A Nasty Case on Our Hands: Hit it with a solution made from diluted lemon juice and organic, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. Works like a charm on massive pimples!
Step 4: To get the dead skin off, I made a mixture of slightly soured raw Jersey cream milk, avocado oil, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. The lactic acid ate away the dead skin and I unknowingly gave myself a 5 dollar chemical peel!

All measurements are relative to your skin type, please be careful when playing with highly acidic ingredients, natural skincare is all about trial and error, but there is always amazing payoff.

Love and light,
Kassie

VIDEO FAQ:
Question: What's your opinion on honey?
Answer: It's a great antiseptic but I like to slather the remedy on my face before bed and let it sit for 8 hours, honey is too sticky for that!

Question: What can I do for clusters of whiteheads?
Answer: If I had patches of small whiteheads I'd switch my cleanser, wash my brushes, reflect on my diet, wash my pillow case and switch my makeup! That stuff only happens (in my case) when something ain't right!

Question: Any substitutions for the Jersey Cream?
Answer: I used the soured Jersey Cream for the lactic acid, which can be derived from other foods and is present in a lot of quality skincare products. Pai Organic Solutions is a natural skincare line that uses lactic acid. Lactic acid is the best alpha hydroxy acid in my opinion because it is the most gentle. I do not use it prior to sun exposure, and I do not use it every day.

Question: How do you keep your teeth white?
Answer: It might just be the lightning. I used Crest Whitestrips maybe 5 years ago, and since I've just been brushing my teeth every morning and night, don't forget to floss!

Question: What's your deal with grains?
Answer: I still eat certain grains from time to time, I was raised on the stuff (I like the occasional white basmati rice or a properly soaked bowl of oats, among other things). But anything with lectins, gluten and anti-nutrients tends to give me an upset stomach and inflammation, I prefer getting fiber and carbohydrates from hearty vegetables.

Question: How do you not have a scar from your recent pimple?
Answer: I didn't aggravate it, poke at it, pick at it or do anything that would make it bleed and remain discoloured after it was gone. I only get scars when I pick at it.
