Palestinian PM cuts short Gaza visit

A West Bank delegation led by Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah unexpectedly left Gaza one day ahead of time after failing to agree with Hamas officials on how to lift the Israeli seige of the territory. Neither could they reach agreement on employee's unpaid salaries. On the other hand, Gaza residents were happy to hear that the Gaza power plant will be providing 16 hours of electricity a day as of next week. Noor Harazeen reports from Gaza for teleSUR
