Petrocaribe seeks to expand and grow stronger

Presidents of Central American and Caribbean nations met in Venezuela on Friday to evaluate the future of Petrocaribe. This alliance was formed to allow Caribbean nations to purchase oil from Venezuela on preferential terms and to promote the economic independence of regional countries.
