On Sunday, Hanna Pellissier was in her vehicle outside the store when she saw the worker through the window. The footage shows him grabbing the dog's paw rather aggressively and struggling with the pet in an effort to trim its nails.
Hannah says she immediately reported the incident to the manager of the store and even called the customer service line. She posted the clip to Facebook and it quickly went viral.
