Argentine judge dismisses complaint against President

Argentine federal judge Daniel Rafecas has dismissed the criminal complaint filed by deceased Prosecutor Alberto Nisman against President Cristina Fernandez for allegedly conspiring to cover up Iran's alleged alleged role in the 1994 bombing of the Argentine Jewish Mutual Assistance Association. The judge cited lack of evidence as his reason for dismissing the complaint. Rafecas also said he had been subject to no political pressure whatsoever from any quarter in making his decision.
