China convened a meeting at the United Nations's Security Council in which participating countries agreed that world peace can only be reached through dialogue. The Venezuelan Foreign Minister Delcy Rodriguez spoke against the intervention of certain powers in a country's sovereignty, as in the case of Venezuela.
