Contrôle d’étanchéité sachet de cacahuète (ASC 7400S) test non conforme (anglais)

The ASC 7400S allows automatic and non-destructive leak testing of sealed bags.

Demonstration with a pack of peanuts.

1. Loading of the pack into the machine.
2. The closing of the cover starts the test automatically.

The ASC 7400S replaces all other types of test :
 bubble test
 needle test
 methylene blue dye test
 tracer gas test
It is self-contained and fully automatic.

1. Clear status lights indicate the result. The green light confirms the pack is leak tight.

Now let’s make a pinhole in the pack and test again.

1. We load the pack.
2. We close the cover, which starts the test.

The cycle time can be optimised to suit Customer requirements.
A « Lock » option is available, which locks the machine in case of a Fail result. Unlocking requires actioning a key switch.

1. The red light comes on : the packet is rejected

The ASC 7400S detects any defect that a methylene blue dye test can, and even smaller ones. And, in a fraction of the time, without altering the product, in a clean and 100% reliable way.
