Margarita Jello

Make some fun margarita jello to impress your guests with this SheKnows how-to drink recipe!
Ingredients:
6-8 limes
3 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice
1 ounce water
1/4 cup sugar
1 package Knox unflavored gelatin (2 teaspoons)
3 ounces good quality tequila
1 ounce Grand Marnier or Cointreau
sea salt and/or large crystal sugar, for garnish
Directions:
1. Cut limes in half
2. Make a small slit at the top of the halved lime
3. Gently juice the lime (collecting the lime juice for later use)
4. Peel pulp away from skin of lime
5. Place peels in mini muffin pans
6. Combine 3 oz. lime juice, 1 oz. water, and ¼ cup sugar in small saucepan
7. Sprinkle in gelatin and warm over medium heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves
8. Stir in tequila and Grand Marnier or Contreau, then remove from heat
9. Pour mix into lime halves
10. Refrigerate overnight
11. Cut into wedges and serve sprinkled with salt
