How to download a video from Facebook and convert into MP4

A simple video showing you how to download a video from Facebook and convert into MP4. Alot of the sites out there were not easy to understand so i made a little video.

You use the site at your own risk. I only found it today so i don't know if its trust worthy or not. Also please check issue regarding copy right etc. I do not tack responsibility for any issues caused when following the steps of this video.
