Pls. note:
we can't update for device with serial # 590C8F0E0000 24CC65070000 AFD68C070000.
1. You must provide correct serial number for update.
2. You must close anti-virus software or uninstall it in case the package is damged.
It's normal to meet blue screen when update, the update program will delete your old data in the device ,if there is no old data the device will come to blue screen then it will self-reboot.
So please wait when you meet the blue screen,update will takes 15-20 mins.
3. Make sure your computer will not become standby status when updating. Computer power supply must be ok.
4.Please leave the serial number after placing order on our website. We will make update file and send to you by email or by skype within 24 hours.
