In January 2013, rookie IFBB Pro Antoine Vaillant traveled to Elite FTS in London, Ohio to hook up with his "Mountain Dog" trainer John Meadows for a weekend of hardcore training. In this video, Meadows takes Vaillant and strongman bodybuilder Matt Kroczaleski, through a "Mountain Dog" chest workout. In this video, Vaillant is 20 weeks out from his pro debut at the New York Pro bodybuilding competition to be held on May 25th.
