Weird problem with my old PC - System clock out of sync and OS is sped up

My old quad core PC is acting really weird. Recently the OS feels like it's running faster (Not like performance increase, but the actual OS feels like it's sped up). The system clock has become out of sync and games are running faster than they should. I will try to get a comparison video of games between my main PC (Right) and my old PC (Left).
