This is Dan Le again!
Welcome back to another life story!
In may of 93, I visited Saigon Restaurant of Newark, DE for the very first time with my mother, my aunt, sister, and cousins.
Back then, it was the only Vietnamese restaurant in time. It was a small shop but the owner was very friendly and the food was great.
I was only 4 years old at the time. Surprisingly, I spoke excellent Vietnamese back then.
Not to go to far ahead of the story, but ten years later, this restaurant ended up being the first job I ever had. And because of the job, I was able to practice my native language, that made my mother so happy.
