ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)

A controlled explosion to demolish an illegally built 10 storey high building in Sevastopol failed, making a building look like a resemblance of Tower of Pisa and crowds gathered laughing on Friday (December, 26, 2014).

As the journalists and officials who gathered near the place of the demolition were joking right after two unsuccessful attempt to destroy the building, it is really as well-built as it was promised by the builder company. Right after explosions dense smoke began rising and minutes after the building itself and the surroundings were barely visible.

However, not all residents of Sevastopol regarded the attempts of demolishing as a failure. One of them, Ruslan, told Reuters that the demolition workers were limited in the amount of explosives that they could use because of the building was in a densely populated location and just using too much could damage the belongings of anyone living close to it.
