St. Lucia: Leaders Welcome Normalisation Cuba-US Relations

Saint Lucia's Prime Minister Dr. Kenny Anthony, says the announcement that the United States and Cuba intend to pursue 'normalization' of relations is a "monumental and dramatic development."
Dominica's Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit agrees, saying the long overdue policy change is the answer to a call that the majority of countries have been making for a very long time.
