UN report cites human rights violations in Ukraine

According to the latest UN report, Ukrainian government volunteer brigades have regularly committed human rights violations, they have included far-right members in their ranks and are acting much like independent paramilitary groups. More than four thousand people have died so far during the conflict in Ukraine.
