Phil Cottrell Spain has worked and lived in Barcelona for over ten years now. His parents raised him in the city in the early years and then moved to a smaller town in the country. It was here that Phil Cottrell Spain developed his talent for painting. His early work showed real promise and his parents decided to scrimp and save to get him through art college.
