Technical developments can seem complicated at first. To help its customers enjoy all they have to offer, Orange is deploying test centres in all the countries in which the Group is present. These test centres assess customer perception at every stage in their journey to identify means of simplifying their experience. In 2012, these tests analyzed 1,500 customer moments (for example, understanding the offer, subscribing, requesting support) and identified 10,000 customer problems.
