War Doctor Regeneration extended (fan edit)

A really quick fan edit. It's not perfect (a couple of choppy bits) but if I get a chance in the next couple of weeks I might do a re-cut. It's based on the idea that the War Doctor can only remember certain elements of the Day of the Doctor - conflict with the time lords, the moment, destroying gallifrey, regenerating etc. It's essentially the ninth doctors memory of the time war and regeneration. It hints at nine suffering from post-traumatic stress and sets up the rest of the first series.
