Egypt: New decree could free jailed journalist

A new presidential decree in Egypt could free Al Jazeera journalist Peter Greste. The new decree allows the government to send imprisoned foreigners back to their home country. Greste and two other Al Jazeera journalists were arrested in June and charged with spread lies to help a terrorist network, an allusion to the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood. teleSUR
