Surveillance footage has captured a terrifying incident involving a man who opened fire on a street in Philadelphia. The incident occurred on November 6th in broad daylight.

The suspect was wearing jeans and a jacket with a hood pulled up over his head as he paced back and forth along the sidewalk.
He continuously looked over his shoulder, as if he was searching for someone and remained on the same stretch of pavement. It was only when a man walked by and met with another male in the street that the suspect’s attention was caught.
He stared at the two men for a short while before pulling a handgun out of his coat pocket and firing rounds in their direction. While squeezing the trigger, the assailant ran backwards down a nearby street.
Bystanders were left trying to duck for cover and avoid the bullets. Fortunately nobody was injured.
The shooter effectively fled the scene and remains on the loose. Police describe him as a black male, around 20 years-of-age with a stocky build and beard.
