Drill2X Xtreme v1.0 from TV

DRILL2X XTREME (v1.0 by JYCET)
is an evolution of DRILL2X Final of BIRSLIP's version.

What's up (quickly)?
-Hardware 2d blitter (thanks to paeryn)
-Mikmod lib support (all audio part has been rewritten)
-Perfect TV-Out support (my first motivation here)
-Module music support (MOD or S3M)
-Some gfx change or improvement
-MMUHACK integration (thanks Squidge and Notaz for his module/help)
-RAM tweak integration (thanks to Craigix for the gp2x thread test)
-Some new sound effect and/or change.
-Add GPE compression (thanks to Rlyeh's compressor)
-Video rendering has been rewritten
-Change the frame limitor (thanks to Pepone for his frameskip source)
-... lot of changes here and here (the full changes in french are in quoi_de_neuf.txt)
AND finally reduce the speed from 145MHz to 66MHz :D
