Drill2x from TV

this is a second beta demo based on drill2x port by Birslip
But why another evolution ? Only because I like this game and I wanted to play with it on my TV :)

Actaul change:
-hardware acceleration
-cpu speed reduce to 66MHz
-TV-out rendering fixed
-audio part recoded
-module audio track supported :)
-some news samples
-4 sfx channels in ring

remember this is only a beta demo based on final version of birlslip !
