The Calamansi Sour:
1.5 oz VEEV
1/2 oz Calamansi honey (2-1)
1/2 oz agave syrup (2-1)
1/2 oz Lemon juice
6-8 Mint leaves
Garnish: Mint leaf & cayenne powder
Glass: Chilled 5-7oz coupe
Prep: Shake & strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish with mint leaf and dusting of cayenne powder.
