Everyone has an excuse. Be it lack of time in the morning or attending a late night party etc. the excuses are many and varied. But these excuses can easily be overcome if one looks at the larger picture of the benefits that can accrue because of running.

In this episode Milind Soman talks to runners and finds out the common excuses that they give to themselves when they or their friends decide not to go for a run.

Experienced running coach Raj Vadgama also gives his take on the subject and talks about how its all in the mind.
