Neer dosa when translated literally means 'water dosa'. Made with rice flour and coconut, the dosa is very light in texture and looks like a crepe. The dosa is originally from Karnataka and tastes great with chutney,fish or chicken curry.

1 Cup Raw Rice
1 Tbsp. Grated Coconut
Salt
3 Cups Water
Oil
Tips
1.Soak rice in warm water to reduce soaking time.
2.Stir the dosa batter constantly to ensure that the rice does not settle to the bottom of the container
3.For refrigerated dosa batter, make sure to to bring the mixture to room temperature before cooking
