One of the earliest memories of comfort food we all have is a steaming plate of Vegetable Pulao cooked at home! In this video, Archana opens up her rasoi to cook you a delicious batch of Vegetable Pulao.

Serves 3-4

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 tbsp oil
2 cups of water
1 sliced spring onion
8-10 french beans chopped
100g green peas
1 carrot finely chopped
1 large cup washed rice
Few bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and whole black pepper
1 stalk spring onion chopped for garnish
1 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chillies coarsely ground
salt to taste
